General conditions of sale applicable to all sales on our website

All the prices of our products are indicated in Pounds Sterling and in Euros, including taxes, excluding packaging and postal charges.

All dispatched goods are accompanied by an A4-size invoice, giving details of the postal charges and VAT.

All our refill kits come with a SATISFACTION or MONEY BACK guarantee, valid for 30 days, that is, 23 days longer than the legal obligation for postal-order sales. For reimbursement, you must first obtain a return number before sending back the goods.

The purchase of a refill kit entitles you to use our free hotline e-mail service for an unlimited period.

Other articles will be reimbursed only if they have not been unsealed, damaged or soiled.

Postal charges (dispatch and return) will be at your own expense. Only the purchase price of the returned article(s) will be reimbursed.

Once the returned goods are received, we undertake to send you a cheque for reimbursement within 15 working days.

inkjet-service.co.uk is a commercial website open to all. Nevertheless, dependent minors may not enter into a contract, but may make purchases to a modest amount as is the generally accepted practice.

Postal charges

A fixed amount is applied for packaging and postal charges, no matter how many articles are purchased.

United Kingdom:

Parcel Force £4.90 : 2 to 4 working days after receipt of payment. No postal charge for orders amounting to £150 or more. Your signature provides proof of receipt of the parcel in good order

European Union and Switzerland:

£8.50 packaging and postal charges. Delivery by Express Post within 2 to 4 working days.
Your signature provides proof of receipt of the parcel in good order.

Credit cards accepted

inkjet-service.co.uk accepts all credit cards bearing the mention: Eurocard - MasterCard - VISA

inkjet-service.co.uk has no knowledge at any time of your credit card details. The secure payment system puts you in direct contact with the bank and demands payment authorisation.
