I need an invoice with a VAT statement
All our parcels are dispatched with invoice indicating the amount of vat.
Wich methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by credit card and by postal or WIFT bank transfer.
What if I make several orders?
Only paid orders will be dispatched.
Do you accept international orders?
Orders are welcome from anywhere in the world :-).
How can I find out what is happening with my order?
You can check on the status of your order by clicking on "account and order" in the top right hand corner of your screen. With your e-mail address and your password, you can see what is happening to your order.
How much are the postal charges?
Whatever the number of articles ordered, we apply the following packaging and postal charges £4.90 for the United Kingdom, £6.50 for Europe (& Switzerland) and £10.50 for the rest of the world.
For orders to a value of £150 and above, packaging and postal charges are waivered, so we advise you to group your orders if you can.
How do you ensure the protection of privacy?
All information collected by our service provider remains confidential. We promise you that we will not release your personal details to a third party, even for payment.
I ordered from your website and four days later I still haven't received anything ?!
For reasons that you will understand, we cannot dispatch your order until payment has been received. For example, in the case of payment by cheque, we wait to receive the cheque before sending you your parcel :).
