My first kit : Congratulations! You have just bought your first Crab Chemical product. You will see that it is a high quality, high tech product. Perhaps you have some questions about how it should be used. Don't worry, you will find help here, and if not, our tecnical assistants are at your disposal. You can contact them at the address indicated on your kit.
Precautions for use : First of all, be aware that using one of our kits or packs can result in some light ink stains. So we suggest that you take the precaution, at least the first time, to work on a resistant, washable surface, or even over a sink. Crab Chemical's transparent plastic packaging is designed to contain any ink that may drip or overflow from the cartridge.
Instructions : All our kits are delivered with precise instructions in English, illustrated with detailed diagrams and/or photos. We strongly recommend that you take the time to read attentively all the instructions before using your product.
Repeated refills : As you no doubt already know, commercially-available ink cartridges have a limited lifespan. Not just the contents but the container itself. You can therefore refill your cartridge twice up to ten times, depending on the make and model.
Technical help by e-mail : On each of our instruction brochures you will find an e-mail address for technical help, available at all times, reply guaranteed within two working days.
The satisfaction or money back guarantee : All our products sold by postal order come with a "satisfaction or money back" guarantee, limited not to 7 days after purchase as we are legally obliged, but to 30 days so that you can be sure you are satisfied.
